Was hoping to use it with a 16-35 lens. But once I zoom out to around 18-19, I start seeing really bad vignetting from the conversation (or adapter) ring. It was so bad and so noticeable, I took them off after only having them for a few days. Now trying to get my money back.

Magnetic Instant Action Adapter Ring - For Lens

The Hoya Magnetic Rings are a perfect addition to my new found love of shooting with filters. The rings allow for quick and easy swaps of filters. They hold tight so I don't worry about the filter flying off if I need to make a quick movement. I've also found that the filter adaptors work with the Prism FX lens adaptor and vice versa. An overall solid product.

So far they delivered as expected. Now what happens when the magnetism fades? Hoya should sell a magnet that recharges the filter adapters IMO.

Worked as advertised - be sure to go up on size to avoid potential vignetting

Magnetic Instant Action Adapter Ring - For Lens

Works great. Bought along with the conversion rings to convert my screw on ND filters to magnetic. They hold strong and I'm not worried at all of them falling off. Makes using filters more convenient.

Magnetic Instant Action Adapter Ring - For Lens

They are pretty strong. I am only using them in the 49mm size at the moment to swap between filters on by Pentax Monochrome and the K3 I had converted to all spectrum for Infrared shots. But they have worked great so far, not one has fallen off as of yet, even while hiking.

Magnetic Instant Action Adapter Ring - For Lens

Functions extremely well. Makes it quick, easy and convenient to swap filters. I purchased one for each of my lenses and plan to purchase more if needed. The magnets are strong and secure even with rough treatment.
